Apsley House, home of the First Duke of Wellington – The Iron Duke, houses a collection of paintings, silver, porcelain and furniture, most of which was given to him in honour of his victory at Waterloo. Apsley House is also known simply as No. 1 London due to its position on Hyde Park Corner just inside the old London tollgate. The Wellington family are still in residence at this beautiful Robert Adam designed house and as such it is the last great London Town House of its kind.

The Royal Academy Of Arts was founded in 1768. Among its many treasures are paintings by Reynolds, Gainsborough, Constable and Turner. There is also the unfinished Michelangelo marble tondo of the virgin and child. The famous copy of Leonardo da Vinci’s last supper also resides here. Admission fees are dependent on exhibitions.
The British Dental Association Museum aims to selectively develop, preserve and interpret collections relating to the social history, practice and professional development of dentistry in the UK. It is maintained as a national resource for the dental profession, dental industry, researchers and members of the public with an interest in the development and future of dentistry.
RIBA Architecture Gallery hosts a variety of exhibitions relating to thousands of architectural buildings and art. Admission is free.
